A very good first session on my new toy - Tabou Manta 75...

Thought I'd give it a try despite the apparent lack of wind. Stations were showing between 7 & 10kts but Wethercam's webcam showed some dingies moving along quite well, so it looked like it would be worth a go. Anyway, rigged my old 7.4 and despite it feeling like there was very little wind, I planed straight off the beach and never stopped. Bommbed up and down wind, only slowed by annoying string-weed around the fin occasionally.

Brilliant fun, can't believe how early the thing planes and how rapid it is when it does! No-one else was out, not even a single kite. One of the best things I've bought in a long time :)
